Formula: (dose mcg ÷ (peptide mg × 1000)) × solution ml = ml to draw → ml × 100 = syringe units. For research purposes only.

Reconstituting Peptides the Right Way

Every Strada Labs peptide ships as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, a stable form that tolerates minor temperature shifts in transit. Before any research application, that powder needs to be dissolved into a solution using a suitable solvent such as our reconstitution solution. Getting this step right is what preserves the compound’s integrity and keeps your concentration figures trustworthy across an entire study.

Using the Peptide Calculator

Reconstitution math is easy to get wrong by hand, and a single misplaced decimal changes every dose that follows. Our calculator turns that math into three quick selections so you can move straight from vial to accurate draw volume.

Step 1 — Set your vial quantity. Enter the total peptide mass in the vial (for example 5 mg or 10 mg). You’ll find this figure on the vial label and in the batch Certificate of Analysis.

Step 2 — Add your reconstitution solution. Choose how much solvent you’re introducing to the vial. Most researchers work with 1 ml, 2 ml or 3 ml depending on the concentration they’re targeting.

Step 3 — Read your draw. The tool instantly returns the concentration and the exact point to pull the syringe to, so each aliquot lands where you intend it to.

Why Precision Matters

Whether you’re cross-checking one of our third-party lab results or drafting a fresh protocol, the calculator removes the guesswork from your bench setup. For deeper background on reconstitution chemistry and safe handling, the National Center for Biotechnology Information is a solid reference.
